Thousands of NYCHA Units Without Heat or Hot Water

Thousands of people were without heat or hot water for nearly nine hours as temperatures plummeting with frigid cold moving into the area. Thankfully, crews were able to restore the services before the coldest weather hit. NBC New York’s Rana Novini reports.
