Driver Accused of Stabbing Passenger Says Hes Victim

The driver seen on video pulling a knife on two people in the lobby of a Bronx building is not a criminal — but rather the victim of a robbery by a woman who didn't pay her $190 fare, and it wasn't the first time she and her boyfriend had stiffed him, he told police.
