Almost immediately after the I-Team reported on the broken or disabled air conditioning units at NYCHA cooling centers, the Manhattanville center got several units. But those are only a temporary solution, and none of the rest of the cooling centers received anything. NBC 4 New York's Melissa Russo reports.
