Camp Reopens After Closing Due to Dead Rats and Maggots


After an East Harlem camp had to close due to dead rats, maggots, roaches and overall awful conditions, NYCHA finally swooped in to address the problems, allowing the camp to reopen on Wednesday. The center's director still wants Mayor de Blasio to visit to learn more about their struggles. NBC 4 New York's Melissa Russo reports.
