NJ YMCA Offers Free Program Teaching Kids to Swim

There were more than 30 drowning deaths in New Jersey last year, and one YMCA is hoping to help bring that number down by educating kids on the basics of swimming — for free. NBC 4 New York's John Chandler reports.
