Dump Truck Crashes Through Top Floor of Parking Garage
The truck, which was filled with rocks and 13 times over the weight limit, fell though the roof of the parking structure and was about 20 feet from a Chuck E Cheese's filled with kids. NBC 4 New York's Ida Siegal reports.
