Plow Truck Goes Too Far, Nearly Falls Into NJ River
Authorities are responding to a plow truck hanging off the side of the Arthur Kill River in New Jersey.
A call about the truck hanging on Grand Street in Elizabeth came in shortly before 8 a.m. There were initially reports that a person was trapped inside, but first responders got him out with a ladder.
