Tractor-Trailer Overturns in NJ Near Lincoln Tunnel

A tractor-trailer overturned on Route 495 in New Jersey on the outbound helix of the Lincoln Tunnel.

Chopper 4 was over the scene and showed the truck on its side against the guard rail.

The roadway is closed outbound and traffic is being diverted to the Hoboken exit. There are 30 minute delays on NJ Transit buses to and from Port Authority Bus Terminal.

John F. Kennedy Boulevard below the helix is closed in both directions between Baldwin Avenue and Willow Avenue because debris from the truck fell below.
