NYPD: Man Followed Woman, Asked for Directions & Raped Her
Police are looking for a man they say followed a woman off a bus, pretended to ask for directions to the subway and then raped her.
NYPD officials said the attacker approached the woman after she got off the bus at 54th Street and Skillman Avenue in Woodside, Queens, around 10:40 p.m on Friday.
He asked her for directions to the 7 train, and authorities said he pushed her against a vehicle and raped her.
After the attack, police say the woman was taken to the hospital for treatment.
No arrests have been made in the case.
