4-Year-Old Girl Falls Out Window to Her Death: Police

A 4-year-old girl died in a fall from a fourth-floor window in the Bronx, police said. 

The child fell just before 5 p.m. from a window of a building on 140th Street in the Mott Haven neighborhood, the NYPD said.

She was pronounced dead at Lincoln Hospital, police said. 

The investigation is ongoing. The child's name hasn't been released.
